Bezel set with brilliant-cut diamonds. Clips-on case back in 18K white gold (750 thousandths) inscribed on the inside with “Vacheron Constantin,” reference 6740, numbered 426088, manufactured by Antoine Gerlach SA (Geneva Key hallmark 4). Manual-winding mechanical movement signed Vacheron Constantin, reference 1003, numbered 600023. 18K white gold (750 thousandths) bracelet, unsigned, ladder clasp. Watch was in working order at the time of appraisal; no guarantee is given regarding future operation or the condition of the parts.
