18K (750/1000) yellow gold PHOTO HOLDER PENDANT adorned with an oval amethyst centered on an S set with rose-cut diamonds and underlined by a line of pearls (probably fine, not tested) and an ornamental frieze in black enamel.
Late 19th-early 20th century French work.
Accompanied by a gold (750) omega link chain with lobster clasp. Modern Italian work.
