ROLEX OYSTER Steel wristwatch, opaline dial, black railway minute track, applied Arabic numeral hour markers, blued hands. Crown signed Rolex "Oyster Patent". Screw-down caseback in steel, reference 1873 and numbered 48715, inside signed ROLEX. Mechanical hand-wound Rolex Extra-Prima caliber movement. Leather strap, metal buckle. Watch not functional at time of appraisal, with no guarantee of future operation or condition of parts. Scratches to case and crystal, slight traces of oxidation to dial, accident to balance wheel. Circa 1938 Diameter 31 mm
