Deregibus Monique
Born in 1955, Monique Deregibus is a photographer. A professor, she has taught at the Beaux-Arts of Valence and Lyon and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles. Each of the photographic series is devoted to specific territories, showing a strong interest in the unconscious reminiscences contained in the plan as well as in the notions of architecture and urban territory. These spaces, often recorded in editorial work, can be read as forming the abandoned backdrop to human tragedies. This photograph was published in his book "I love you for ever Hiba" published by Filigranes Paris. His work can be found in the collections of the Bibliothèque nationale de France, the Arthothèque de Lyon, the Frac Paca and the Cnap.
