British flintlock trombone. Round barrel flared at the muzzle. Lock signed "T.CARR" and round-bodied hammer. Engraved and cut brass fittings. Length: 80 cm. E.M. (Enture at the front of the barrel, screw and hammer jaw later). Circa 1800-1820.
