EGYPT, Late Dynasty XXVI-XXX (-744/-331) Statuette representing the god Horus standing in the form of a falcon. He is wearing a pschent crown topped by an uraei. His feathers are incised. The chasing of the feathers on the wings is different from that on the rest of the body. It is adorned with a collar with six rows incised on the chest. The claws of the legs are sharp. Bronze H : 21,2 cm Provenance: Probably Stefanos Lagonico, 1925 Jean Lagonico before 1981 By inheritance to his wife Base realized in before 1963 by Claude de Muzac.
