Pourtier Gilles - Lot 41

Pourtier Gilles Born in 1980 in the Drôme, and after studying Modern Letters, Gilles Pourtier attended the European Centre for Research and Training in Glass Arts in Nancy, which led him to work for four years in London, at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design University College. In 2006, he entered the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie d'Arles (ENSP) where he graduated in 2009, the year in which he participated in the exhibition "Une attention particulière" during the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie. During these three years of study in Arles, he developed a personal work combining photography, sculpture and drawing. He lives and works in Marseille since 2009.
