Martinelli Françoise Born in Brest in 1936, Françoise Martinelli came to painting through the theatre, which led her to explore various modes of expression: sets, costumes, posters, sculpture... She works from memory with an elegant ability to flatten time, to carry with her all the eras, to bring back on the same surface a tangle of traces. She exhibits drawings and tapestries in Brussels, Paris and Marseille. Then she exhibited large formats mainly in Marseille Galerie Athanor, Galerie André Nègre, Galerie Sordini, Galerie Bartholi and at the Opera.
