Louis MAJORELLE (1859-1926) "The chicory" Mahogany stained walnut dining room set and exotic wood veneer with carved resumptions of the chicory pattern. It includes: A cabinet with two bodies opening with two doors in part framed by open and topped shelves of two drawers with Art Nouveau bronze handles golden. In the upper part, two showcases frame an central shelf. H. 200 cm W. 226 cm. D. 56,5 cm A matching sideboard with a marble built-in top pink two-door opening in the lower part, two drawers with Art Nouveau handles in gilt bronze, shelves open on both sides. Height 140.5 cm. W. 164 cm. P. D. 42 cm. A rectangular shaped table with an overhanging top resting on four curved and moulded legs. Veneer of the redone set. H. 72 cm. W. 158 cm. D. 129 cm.
